Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

About 6 years ago I got deported from US and I was forbidden entrance for 5 years. Also my visa in my Argentinian passport was revoked. But I'm also a Spanish citizen and I have a Spanish passport which wouldn't require a visa. Do I still need to request a visa to visit the US?

Yes, you will need to request a visa and possibly a waiver to reenter the country. More information is needed to adequately address your situation. Please feel free to contact me for a consultation.
