Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I have been in the US for over around 30 years. I came on a Student visa and overstayed my visa. Not married, no kids. Immigration Accountability Executive Action from what I read does not apply to me. Have a clean record and pay taxes every year. What are my options to stay legally in the US? I just want to change my status to legal, no path to citizenship is fine with me. Thank you for your assistance.

I don't see any options, based on your scenario & the present Immigration Laws, other than to marry a U.S. citizen. Otherwise, you cannot adjust with unlawful presence through an employment based case, & you will be barred from re-entry for 10 yrs if you leave the U.S. now.
