25yo illegal w/ CA residence for 20years wants citizenship

My Mom was petitioned 20 years ago

when I was 6. She moved from the

Philippines to California. She works as a

Nurse. The petitioner had a stroke and

was paralyzed and the citizenship

paperwork stopped moving foreword up

until 3 years ago. I have lived, worked,

and schooled in California since my

move here. Being 25 I am looking at my

barriers to career choices. What can i do

to to gain permanent residence and get

U.S. Citizenship?
