Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
My 7 yrs old son was born in USA. I and my husband are both Indian citizen. We have relocated Delhi, India and India does not allow dual citizenship. My son's Indian visa is expiring and I want to know how can I apply for Indian citizenship for my son? How do I give up my child's US citizenship? Does the child have an option to get back his US citizenship when he turns 18?
