Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I acquired my US Citizenship when my Dad (a US citizen) petitioned me when i was 17, but i didn't get my Certificate of Naturalization, on the I-130 Form no. 13 question,(i acquired my citizenship through my US Citizen Father) it's asking for the number of certificate of naturalization. I just want to know if i can still request for the Certificate of Naturalization without paying any dime since i paid all the fees for the processing of Citizenship 6 years ago?, How long is average process time? And do i still need my Certificate of Naturalization to file I-130? Or my US passport will be enough to file I-130? And what do you suggest i should do coz im planning to file I-130 after i get married next year May 2014? Thanks in advance

You do not need your natz certificate if you have a U.S. passport. Just file the I-130 with a copy of the passport identity page.
