Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Adjustment status - I-485

Should I request for Motion to Re-open or re-file?

Brief situation explanation:

-Canadian citizen

-Visiting US 6/02, met my ex-wife, filed I-130 & I-485. Case pending.

-5/04: divorced

-7/04: married

-5/05: divorced.

-6/05: married my current wife. US citizen

-8/05: filed I-130 & I485

-3/05/07: both petitions are denied

Reason: absence at the interview; but truth is : never receive letter for the interview as consequence, I-485 is denied

Realized 1 error that I made on 2nd filing is : no listing the divorce in Canada 1989 as divorce paper was not available @ the time of filing.

For the marriages, it sounds like it is not in good faith; but the truth it is; I was just the miserable guy who didn't get luck in last 3 marriages! How can I prove?

Hope that you can help with answer

If you file the motion for re-consideration it will be abouta year before you hear anything. Re-file the case but hire an attorney...it is not as simple as you think.
