Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
Advance Parole
I was reading the application for advance parole and they are asking for a reason. I don't know what I should use as a reason. I would like to get paroled so I can go home and visit my grandma who is old, and I haven't been home in over a year. My husband will be deploying next month, and it would just make it easier if I could spend some time with my family. Would that be a good enough reason?? I'm afraid to get denied. Is there something generic, or specific that I should use??
