How can we get her to America?
Hello, and thanks for your assistance. My girlfriend's mom, a Japanese businesswoman, wishes to relocate to America. We are wondering what steps (if any) can be taken to get her over here. From what I understand, it has become quite difficult since 9.11.

Is your girlfriend Us Citizen then her mom qualifies for green card through her daughter. If not...she may qualify for several employment related visas such as E1, L1 or H1. Please take a lokk at my site at www.lawyers.com/amyghosh
