I am an american citizen and my boyfriend is a mexican citizen. I want him to come visit me but I don't want him to come over illegally. What are our options. He is not a student.

Your boyfriend can try to apply for a visitor�s visa, which is very difficult to obtain. You can also apply for a fianc� visa for him if you are planning to get married. You will have to get married within 90 days of his entry to the U.S.
