Re: American Dream Art

Dear Inquirer:

The DREAM Act was recently reintroduced in the US House of Representatives for the third time. As drafted, the DREAM Act might benefit people in your circumstances, however, we would have to wait and see what the final bill contains AND wait until it is signed into law by the President before we could advise on your eligibility.

I recommend that you email [email protected] or visit ww.hanlonlawgroup.com for more information.

Re: American Dream Art

It's premature to think about that right now. You need to qualify under an existing law, not one that's speculative. There's no need getting excited prematurely to be possibly let down, plus the qualifying provisions of proposed law can change in the process of passing. You want to be aware of the requirements AFTER the law is passed, not BEFORE.

I would be happy to keep you informed of changes in the law that could help you if you contact me offline. Until then, please don't rely on this as legal advice.
