Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
American/Mexican marriage to Mexican
I am native born US citizen. My fiance is a Mexican National. She has visa for US and comes often. We wish to get married after many years together, but are unsure of best place to do so (MX or US). I want to expedite her citizenship after we are married of course. Would you please suggest method? Thank you.

Re: American/Mexican marriage to Mexican
The most effective way to expedite the process is to get married in the U.S. and then submit an application while both of you are physically present in the U.S.
