Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I applied for an EB-1 greencard and fulfilled 3 required criteria out of the 10. Even so the application was denied since the USCIS didn't see the totality of the extraordinary ability. I decided to appeal since this sounds arbitrary to me and I'm looking for an attorney to take care of this for me. Caroline, [email protected]

I have done many I-290B appeals for EB-1 and have been successful in reversing the previous denial. I would need to see what the decision states before advising you further.

Contact my office for a free consultation to discuss whether the Appeal or resubmitting a new EB-1 petition is the best way forward - as the Appeal does not toll unlawful presence.
