Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I applied green card for my mom and she got some inqury which we already send to them . Now finger printing is due on feb 23rd. but my question is her visa is expiring on 12th of feb.Do she has togo back to india or she can stay till her green card comes or we have to apply for new visa?

If you are over 21 years old and you applied for your mother to adjust status while she is in the United States and before her visa expired, she should be eligible to obtain her green card without going back to India. Please feel free to contact me with any other questions.
