Appling for citizenship
Will 2 dui convictions (not felony) in California, over a time period of 9 years, be a problem in applying for citizenship?

Two DUIs should still be OK, especially since it's over a period of 9 years. You only need good moral character for 5 years before applying for citizenship anyway.
