Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
I want to apply for u.s citizenship. I meet all the critiria to do so. Only problem is in 1996 i got arrested for fighting. I was given community service and three year probhation. before that incident and after i had never been or gotten in trouble with the law. I do have a permanent resident card for over twenty years and been here in the u.s all my life, except the first six weeks of my life i was in mexico. need advice please. I am know thirty six years of age.
