Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
hi, i have already approved for h4 visa from f1. but mu question is, my current summer semester is going to complete in july 25 2009, but my h4 status will be effective from oct 1, 2009. Will i have to maintain my f1 status beween july 25 to oct 1? that means do i need to enroll in school in college between this period?

Probably not, if you've already been enrolled as a student for two previous semesters.
