arrested for pc69, case dismissed, exonerated . is there be any problem to get citizenship?

I really cannot advise you without reading your final Court disposition. I would also need to know when this arrest & prosecution occurred, if it occurred in California, if you have any prior arrests, if you are currently on probation, etc. I recommend having an experienced immigration attorney review your records before filing for naturalization.
