My asylum case went to court, and in court the Judge delayed my case for not completed case, to bring some papers and put date 2013 for master Hearing, but my clocks is stopped, my I-94 expired already, how can get an ID and DL ?

You can't get ID or a Driver's License until you are actually granted asylum. I hope that you have hired or consulted with an experienced immigration attorney who can help you with your application.
