Please feel free to contact me if you need further information on this matter.
My legal fee is $1350 for H-1B extensions with the same company.

Re: need attorney for my h1b extension
I assume you are referring to a native country passport. The H1-B cannot be filed until it is close to the time it is necessary to file. The general rule I suggest is that you always have your passport current, as you never want to give an immigration officer a reason to deny or take a greater interest in your case.
I highly suggest having a current passport (greater than six months) when you apply, instead of a passport close to it's expiration.

I can do your extension. There would not be any problem to do the paperwork here but when you go back to your home country for stamping make sure you have the renewed passport.
