Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Attorny's needed for pro bono and client representation

I would like to know if any attorney would be interested in allowing our organization to prepare you legal documents as well as allowing our organization to send your firm clients who need representation.

Re: Attorny's needed for pro bono and client representation

I handle one or two pro bono cases per year as a way of giving back to the community. As far as referral of regular-paying clients, that would have to be done in complete compliance with the State Bar's regulations regarding referral, which means the client who is introduced becomes the attorney's client completely and no referral fee or money is exchanged whatsoever between the attorney and the organization, unless the organization is registered as a legal referral service with the Bar.
