Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
my aunt has been married with a united states resident for 20 years and never obtained my green card. What can she do to obatain it she has 3 kids born in california they are all over 21 years of age.

She can still apply for greencard, since it has been so long and there are 3 kids, it is a sure thing. The 3 kids are all US citizens, no worries there.

Just find a lawyer close to you he is in bay area I'm in so cal
