Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
A little background first: Long story short...my brother lost his green card and was deported. My other brothers, as well as I, were born in the US and been living all our lives in the US. Our parents are US citizens as well. He has all his vaccinations here, all his education here (K-12), has children here (all under 21). We don't have any known relatives in Mexico and he doesn't even know how to live over there...My question is where do we start or what is the process for getting him back in the US legally and get him to be US citizen.
