Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

backlog 8-2009

my husband was backlog due to FBI check, I need to know what do I need to do to bring my husband back to USA legally, I will be having knee replacement due to cartilage being worn out and knee bone being damage, I have DVT and P E, also I suffer from R A, Diabetis, irregular heart beating, My dr, is scheduling my surgery A.S.A.P.

I do not have anybody to care or take care of me while convalesent. Your help is appreciated

You can file a mandamus lawsuit in federal court with a request for an injunctive order compelling immediate action. The court doesn't have the authority to order the government to grant the application, just to compel the government tomake an immediate decision.
