This matter is complex and you should not try to do it yourself so you should get an attorney to discuss your options. If you are located in Southern California, you can email me your contact info, so we can discuss your particular situation. There is no charge for consultation.

Re: Born Child2
I'm not exactly sure what you're asking, but your U.S. citizen aunt can apply for your mother's permanent residence and if that's the goal, that should be done ASAP since it takes so long to process - 10 to 12 years. A visitor visa doesn't help in the meanwhile as your mother would have to remain legal in the U.S. the whole time...unless there's another way to come sooner, which I could explore with you.
I would be happy to help you out if you contact me offline. Check me out at http://www.yardum-hunter.com, fill out a consultation request there at http://www.yardum-hunter.com/Main/Consultation.asp or email me at [email protected].

Dear Inquirer:
Is this question regarding a removal case? If so, we would need to know when the person was placed in proceedings and the current status.
Please email us at [email protected] or visit www.hanlonlawgroup.com if you would like to schedule a confidential consultation to discuss this matter further.
