Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
My boyfriend is a US citizen and has a 3 year old kid from his ex girlfriend. We would like to get married and wanted to know if immigration involves kids (interviews) as part of the process? if so, is there a certain age limitation? maybe small kids no but teenagers yes? Thank you very much ! any help will be appreciated.

If you end up marrying your U.S. citizen boyfriend, his children from a prior relationship would have no relevancy to your case. However, any children you have from a previous relationship, or any children the two of you have together, would need to be disclosed on the forms.
