My boyfriend is legally in the United States he was brought by his parents since the age of 2 yrs. he is know 21 yrs. He has other siblings that were born here in the United States. My question is in order for him to get his immigration status I know we could get married and I can petition for him, but can you advise if there is another way for this process to start without me being involved?

It does not look like he has any other way from the very little informatio you conveyed. However, in order for him to legalize his status through you, without leaving the country, he will have to prove that he entered legally at the time he was 2 yrs old or that his parents had a petition filed on their behalf before he turn 21 and prior to April 30, 2001.
