From brazil to california
My girlfriend is from brazil she was here in california for a while.She got pregnant by me and her mom and dad sent her back to brazil.Since im an american and she got pregnant here i want to know why she cant come back or what i have to do to get her back over here.

A fnacee petition can be filed, that is, if you are willing toget married within 90 days from the date of her arrival.

Common misconception that just because a foreign woman gets pregnant to an American or gives birth in the U.S., that she is entitled to be legal here. The child maybe an American if it's born here but the mother has no right to stay here simply because of that fact.
As another attorney has answered, you can file a fiancee visa for your girlfriend but you must marry within 90 days of her coming here or else she'll lose status and be undocumented again, and could be deported. Or, you could go to Brazil, marry her, and then petition for her as your wife to come here as an immigrant.

If you decide to marry her, she will be able to obtain lawful permanent residence in the United States. That will give her the right of abode to and from the country.
