Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
want to bring my brother to the u.s
i am a u.s citizen,(28 yrs. old), and have a 31 yr. old brother that lives in t.j. Mexico, never been deported or anything like that, he lives and works in Mexico, he does not have a Mexican passport, how can i help him inmigrate the fastest way, is there any fee to accelerate the normal process, dont want to wait that long.

You can file a petition to help your brother immigrate to the U.S. but he would have to wait approximately 12 years to enter the U.S. as a permanent resident. Perhaps he should explore the possibility of inmigrating to the U.S. with a job offer to work in the U.S. (the process is faster).
