How to Bring family in the US

I am 30 years old and I have my family still in the Philippines. I want to bring my kids here in the States. They are younger than 10 years old. Is there a way for me to expedite their coming here, just the mere fact that they are young children? how? I havent filed the petition yet and i need a legal help if necessary. Please help.
