i want to bring my husband from another country to america. but they told me i need to file taxes and make a lil over $19k yearly one year before and after i make a petition to bring my husband to the USA, i went to the citizenship office. and they told me someone can loan me there taxes like borrow them to file taxes and it should show that i made $19k not sure how it works but i wanted to see if someone who is using someones SSN (social security number) can loan me there tax form to complete what i need?? can i get in problems with the law for that??

If you are a U.S. citizen, but do not earn enough money to meet the U.S. poverty guidelines for the Affidavit of Support, all you need to do is find a U.S. citizen or Legal Permanent Resident you know to be your co-sponsor, However, the co-sponsor must also meet the poverty guidelines for their household size plus your husband.
