Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I am British (34 years old, married with 2 year old child) and live in the UK. My Dad is a Green Card holder, who is becoming a US citizen this year. Will that make it easy for me to get a Green Card and move to the US? And if I get one, will my wife be able to get one too?

Once your father is a US citizen, you will receive a greencard faster. Your wife and child can be petitioned for as well. Has your father already applied for naturalization? For a free consultation, please contact me at 1-800-408-5818 or email me at [email protected].

As a married child of a U.S. citizen you will be able to apply for a green card, however, you should know that a visa will not be available for your and your family until several years (7+) after your father submits his petition for you. You can check the visa bulletin at the U.S. Department of State to figure out which petitions are current. If you have any further questions please feel free to email or SKYPE (diannelbrooks.)
