Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Hi my bro was born in guatemala and has been here 10 years. im a citizen and my parents are residents. he went in for a domestic voilence charge but immediately got an i.c.e hold. after appering in court he had a d.a rejection... which means he has no charges so why is he still there? what can we do about this??? thanx for ur help

He is still being held because he is in the country illegally and will most likely be placed in deportation proceedings. You will need to hire an immigration lawyer immediately to assist you.
