My brother was given a 10 year multiple to visit USA.Is there any deadline date that he has to adhere to for travelling ?

Hi,

He can enter the U.S. anytime during the validity period of the multiple entry visa. When he enters the U.S., the customs inspector at the port-of-entry will determine the length of admittance to the U.S., which is typically between one month and 6 months, and cannot exceed 6 months. If your brother would like to extend his stay beyond the period granted at time of entry to the U.S., application is made with the USCIS by mail.

No, there is no deadline for your brother to travel. He can come to the U.S. any time within the next ten years. The maximum period of time allowed to stay in the country will be determined by an Immigration Officer at the port of entry. It could be one, three or six months depending on the purpose of his visit.
