Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Brought to the US by my parents, wondering about my citizenship status

Hi, I'm a Canadian citizen. I was

brought to the US legally by my

parents when I was 11, and lived as

a dependent under their visas,

attended school and am now going to

college. I'm now 22, and I am no

longer under my parents Visa, and I

go to school under AB 540, but what

does that make my citizenship

status? Can I be deported? Is there

anyway for me to get a work permit?
