CA PC 242 domestic battery conviction and naturalization

In year 2000 I got convicted for domestic battery. 20 days time done in community service, 1 year DV class and fine payment and 3 year probation all successfully completed. Last month I applied for naturalization right after expunging the conviction. What are the chances of my application getting approved? Thanks.

These applications are decided on case by case basis. However, if INS does not accept the expungment (due to prior other criminal records, etc.) there are other motions to dismiss the criminal case and clear your record. Contact us at 213.388.7979 for more information.
