Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
what are the chances of winning a motion to reopen immigration case?
My husband went to his final interview in Ciudad Juarez, MX and his green card was denied and was coded with section 212a6e, 212a9bII and 212a9cI. I'm a citizen and we got married back in 2007 and we do not have any kids.

A successful MTR depends not only on the facts of the case, the law, & case law, but also on the attorney you use. I highly recommend speaking with an experienced & reputable immigration attorney in your area & would not recommend filing the MTR on your own. Good luck!
A Motion to Reopen might not be the best option you have. We suggest you to consult with an immigration attorney to discuss what is your best option.
