I'm a Filipino seaman, jumped ship here in the US and got married to a US citizen, my passport and visa are still valid, am I elligible to change my status? I need your advice please, thank you.

You may be able to legally legitimize your immigration status, by virtue of your marriage to a U.S. citizen. You should retain legal counsel to further discuss and review your specific factual circumtances to legally assist you herein.
