I had been charged in a domestic violence case with husband, which the case was dismissed without any charges. Should I disclose it on my green card application

If you were arrested or convicted of a crime, then you need to mark the appropriate boxes on Form I-485. USCIS will also request a copy of the arrest report or Court disposition. However, I do not have enough facts on your specific case to advise you.
