Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Hello.. I am a US citizen and my fiance lives in Nigeria, we plan on getting married the beginning of next year... What is the best way to get married? In nigeria or in california?

If you apply for a "fiance visa", then you can get her/him into the U.S. without committing visa fraud (& get married in the U.S.). Applying for adjustment of status in the United States is much easier than applying for an immigrant visa at the U.S. Consulate abroad (assuming you got married in Nigeria), which also takes a lot longer to process.
