Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
i'm a us citizen. i want to fix my wife legal residents,but i have a criminal back ground in 1990 robbery and 2000 burglary, will the be a problem?? please help

Generally speaking your criminal background would Only be relevant if you had outstanding warrants. Please consult a lawyer before proceeding.

I agree with Ramsin, although certain convictions could make you inegible to petition your wife, those are act that fall under the Adam Walsh Act, and your convictions are not those type.
However, whenever filling an immigration petition is best to meet with an immigration attorney.
