Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I am a citizen of Ireland and my six children and 2 ex wives are American citizens can I immigrate @ 68 yrs old and receive any benefits?

If you have a US citizen child over 21 willing to petition for you and be responsible for reimbursing the US government for means tested support, then the answer to your question is yes!
