U.S. citizen marriage to undocumented Mexican

How to apply for legal status for my husban who is an undocumented Mexican? We are married in the United States, but he is here illegally. I am a U.S. citizen.

If your husband has beeon out of status for morethan six months, then your application may place him in jeopardy of being deported. Be careful and hire an attorney. If you're near LA call me, (323)782-0099.
