Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Citizen marrying an I-94W visa waiver carrier

I am a Citizen, who wants to marry an I-94W (visa waiver) carrier. How should I go about filing for his visa? We are getting married next week and need to know which forms are necessary to get the procedure started? Thanks.

There are really a lot of forms, the I-485, g325, i-130, i-864, the adit sheet, you need tax returns, employment letters, etc. I would strongly advise that you consider getting a lawyer who does immigration to file the papers for you and to go along with you to the interview.
