Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
i am a US citizen and my mother is only a resident what can we do to help my grandmother get a visa or residency to the US? she is going blind and has no one to take care of her in Mexico.

Your mother will need to become a citizen in order to get your mother a green card. She can come in on a visitor's visa anytime.
