You really should consult an Immigration Attorney, if in Southern California. Please send me an email with your contact information and we can discuss your particular facts.
Re: u.s. citizenship
It depends on what basis you'd qualify. If you are a permanent resident, then it would be through naturalization, though you might be a citizen through one of your parents' naturalization automatically.
Also, you could qualify for citizenship even without permanent residence depending on the citizenship and physical presence of one of your parent's at the time of your birth in the U.S.
I'm working on a couple of cases like this right now and few are as rewarding and exciting.
I would be happy to help you out if you contact me offline. Check me out at http://www.yardum-hunter.com, fill out a consultation request there at http://www.yardum-hunter.com/Main/Consultation.asp or email me at [email protected].
