Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
Citizenship and misdemeanor conviction
Hi,
I was charged with a misdemeanor but the case was dismissed after 40hours of voluntary service and I was not convicted of the misdemeanor. Will this disqualify me from becoming a citizen?

It depends on what the offense and how it was handled on the record.
