Hi, two years a go, I was falsely accuse of sexual assault and ''Detention only and not arrest'' I was detained for two days and release ''penal code section 849'', the accuser put a restraining order against me for 3 years. My question is, Can apply for citizenship?, everything else is fine with my application. Thank you very much.

If you have a final decision from court stating that the case was dismissed or it was not prosecuted, you should be able to apply for naturalization without further incidents.
