Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

US citzenship

applying for us citzenship for daughter born in Germany. Need to have lived 5 years in US before birth, at least 2 years after 14th birthday. I lived in US until I was 10,then moved to Germany where my status was being a dependent of my father who was working for the military until I was 20. So the 2 years after my 14th birthday were spent in Germany. I have a written statement, notarized, from my father. Will this be accepted ? Please answer soon, already have appointment soon at Immigration.

Re: US citzenship

Your daughter is clearly qualified for citizenship benefit. You should prepare physical evidence of residency in the U.S. for your inerview. i.e. school records, medical records. Due to the complex nature of your case, you should have an attorney represent you before the INS officer.
