Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Company in California wanted to file GC in Montana

I have a Company in California with turnover in couple million. I wanted to apply Green card of some of my employee. Since it really slow in California. Can I open a nonfunctional office in state of Montana (Get a mail box or something or work with a lawyer) and apply for green cards of my employees. Pls. Advice.

If the place of employment would be in CA..the filing should be in CA. By the way in few months Labor Cert... process would be very fast because of PERM regulation. Please contact ne if you need any employees..whom you would be willing to sponsor for H1B/green card.

I would say that it would not be a generally good idea to just have a mail box in Montana. DOL has been cracking down on that. For other options to consider, feel free to email or call me.
