Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Confuse on I-485 question :(

Hi,

I am working on I-485 right now and I do not know how to fill in on ''Nonimmigrant Visa Number and Consulate where Visa Was Issued'' section in Part 3 Processing Information.

My background: I came to USA as a Tourist with B-2 visa, while I was here (US) on a tourist visa I was offered a job, and got H-1B approval. So the only visa that I got is B-2 in my country, which was expired long time ago. I dont have a H1b visa ''stamp'' on my passport. There is some number on my H-1B approval notice.

My question:

Do I fill the section with the control number on my expired B2 visa and the US Embassy which issued the visa, or do I fill it with the number on my H-1B approval notice and California Service Center office which gave me the approval?

Thank you in advance.

Re: Confuse on I-485 question :(

Fill in the relevant info for the B-2 on the I-485, and put a note "See continuation sheet." On that sheet (attachment), explain that you successfully changed status to H-1B and the approval date. Include copy of the original B-2 visa and the new I-94 when you file the I-485.
